Diego Forlan, the 2010 Uruguayan World Cup star, scored twice as Uruguay beat Paraguay 3-0 to win the Copa America title in Argentina. With a World Cup semifinal berth and the Copa America title, Uruguay proved it is, indeed, a world power in soccer.
