It's been a long time coming, but the Dream South Beach has finally opened.
The 108-room hotel, at 1111 Collins Ave., officially opened Thursday where the Palmer House and Tudor Hotel once stood.
We toured the hotel twice while work was ongoing, but another look is in order now that it's no longer a construction zone. The final product includes a rooftop pool lounge and a restaurant by chef Geoffrey Zakarian, who opened Blue Door at the Delano back in the 90's.
Room rates start from $275.
