New life for old Grand Bay?

Coconut Grove's dilapidated Grand Bay hotel, which has been closed since 2008, has a new owner.

An affiliate of developer Terra Group bought the property for $24 million. Plans for the site, once home to Miami's only five-star hotel, are still up in the air.
