That's pretty much the deal, according to the latest airline statisfaction survey from the University of Michigan. Customers gave airlines the worst grades since 2001, reported the Associated Press, calling it "dismal.''
Southwest got the best ratings; United and U.S. Airways got the two lowest scores.
