Running back Darion Hall is no longer with the University of Miami football program, the school's sports information office confirmed.
"He hasn't been with the team for weeks," spokeswoman LaTonya Sadler said.
Hall had been suspended indefinitely by coach Al Golden for a violation of team rules last month.
Hall was redshirted his freshman year after undergoing shoulder surgery, and was a member of the scout team last year, appearing in only the Bethune-Cookman game.
He rushed eight times for 51 yards in the spring game last year.

UM has had far superior teams, having won many national championships in football and baseball. That means that there is more to write about. Far more fans, moreover, go to Hurricane games. The time to sign up doesn't matter to me. The thing is I simply don't care to use twitter or facebook or anything else like that. I don't look at it and I don't need to know what other people are doing every 5secs of the day. I like to check other hurricanes websites to any new updates and see if anyone leaves anything worth reading about with accurate sources. As you know, I'm a homer and diehard fan, so I like to be "in the know" of what's going on with my Canes. I'm down here at my office running my operation and at the same time flipping through different websites, such as this blog, and seeing what's up with everything. Though I find it incredibly pathetic of other's from other teams coming here and talking garbage, especially if it's someone who's not even our rival because they ran from us for 15yrs. But what can honestly be said about those individuals except that their lives are pathetic and filled with hate towards a team that owned them for years on end. So obviously now is the time to strike for those sorry souls because soon there time will end and we'll be on top again. Fswho isn't on the way up, unless you are referring to them being highly ranked to begin the season to only fall on their face midway through. UofFelons has set in stone that they will be pathetic until 2016 after signing coach moosetrap.
