The Miami Hurricanes are hitting the road for their 41st consecutive trip to the NCAA baseball tournament.

UM (36-23) is a No. 2 seed and will open play Friday in the Louisville regional against No. 3-seeded Oklahoma State (39-17) at 2 p.m. Top-seeded Louisville (46-12) will take on 4th-seeded Bowling Green, the only team to make the tournament with a losing record at 24-29 at 6 p.m. that same day.

The winner of the Louisville regional would advance to face the winner of nationally-seeded Vanderbilt's region. The Commodores (51-9) have Georgia Tech (34-25), Illinois (34-18) and East Tennessee St. (36-22) in their region.

Vanderbilt is ranked No. 1 in the country according to Baseball America. Louisville is ranked 15th.

HABITUAL CRIMINAL

: one convicted of a crime who has a certain number of prior convictions for offenses within a period of time of a character specified by statute and is thereby under statutes are subject to an increased penalty...

A habitual offender is a person who is convicted of a new crime, who was previously convicted of a crime(s).[1] Various state and jurisdictions may have laws targeting habitual offenders, and specifically providing for enhanced or exemplary punishments or other sanctions.

In the United States, several state governments have passed laws which require the state courts to hand down a mandatory and extended sentences to habitual offenders (for example, making the repeated commission of the same misdemeanor a felony). Three strikes laws specifically target those who have been convicted of a serious criminal offense on three or more separate occasions.

I've done my time... Leave me alone... Set me FREE !

yeah guys, but the problem of recruits bailing to the pros after being recruited or one year after occurs at all the top baseball programs including the turds and FSU.

UF signed this stud hitter from Fort Myers (Vogelback) only for hime to bail after he signed his LOI (the contract was hard to pass up). Kid's lighting it up. Word is he destroyed Harper's hr record in the high school all star game.

Listen to the ol' Pig regurgitate the same nonsense.

Hours of video, millions of pages of documents, thousands of photographs, and...a and...... and...what?

$170K with players suspended for 2 or 3 games? That is all? Wow, Pig. Talk about stretching. That is a bigger stretch than the waistband of your size 56 underwear.
Where is the book you have been predicting since 2011? You are a loser Pig. Go blow Vagotis. Maybe ol Nevin "I was lying then and committing perjury but not lying now" Shapiro.

You still suck, Pig.

Listen moronic retrds:

Why do you think Dyron Dye was suspended for 4 (count them one... two... three... four) gamesm and paid back only only $758 dollars.

ANSWER: BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO CRA-P!

BEING PHOTOGRAPHED NEXT TO FRODO BAGGINS IN A BOAT DOESNT MEAN THERE WERE IMPERMISSIBLE BENEFITS. AND IF THERE WAS... WHERE IS THE PROOF? THE PHOTO? IS THAT PROOF? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

YOU ALL ARE STOOPIDER THAN WATER.

NCAA verdict: Time served, but will take away additional scholies. 5 years probation. that is it.

Then Miami will go 10-2 next year, play in the ACC ch. lose the ACC ch. and then win their bowl for 11-3 season and a top 15 ranking at the end of the 2013. In 2014 they will bust out and win the big ship.

MArk it. Take it to the bank.

I agree with you there brotha. I just hope they don't disappoint as this is all I have to live for.

Tick..tick.. - Were the CDs in the Notice of Allegations? If not they are not part of the claim. You said earlier that Nevin hasn't released the CDs, yet you now state the NCAA has them? Which is it?

I can assure you that info would have been leaked WAY long ago if true....don't think so. Esp after UM got in the NCAA'S face after their screw up. Also....why was it never mentioned in the first Yahoo article?

????

Or was it? I could be wrong.

Delvon Simmons, rated the nation’s fifth-best defensive tackle in the 2011 class, received his release from Texas Tech and is strongly considering enrolling at the University of Miami. “He loved the campus and Al Golden,” his former coach Blackwell said. “He has all the tools to be an NFL player - real quick off the ball.”

^^^^^^^^^^^^

Hmmm, let's re-rank the classes. Take into account the transfers in to Miami, and, of course, the transfers out of the UFailure.

You reload, dontcha, Gatr maggots? Yep. Why, look at all that depth behind the pointy-eared inbred banjo player you have at quaddaback.

Oh, no! Nevin is going to release some more photos. Maybe a receipt. Oh, the horror. And he has written 4 books while in prison. Yep, it sure is trouble for Miami.

Stupid Pig.

Unless you are a physical freak, like Cam newton, being a successful college QB primarily involves decision making. There are always extreme mismatches in college as no one has the d talent to match up. Find those advantages and exploit them. Unfortunately for the gayturds, their QB has a large synapse firing problem--- he can't make a timely, correct decision any more frequently than a monkey.

How has Gallo gotten smarter (admittedly from an amazingly low base) lately?

If we don't win it this year next year will be extremely difficult to win because we will be breaking in a new qb and most of the oline will be gone. IMO our chnaces are better this year.We can go undefeated this year. The only team that scares me is fsu. Florida has a good oline and 2 nice size backs and Taylor. We still should beat them. If we lose to fsu if they win their side we can't lose twice to them in one season. We need to win now.

The only thing that scares me is clown 117th inability to coach at this level. Fsu or no other school scares me. We got the talent to play with any team out there, we got a couple of coaches who can actually coach at this level, you know the usual suspects, kehoe, barrow, scott the tight-ends coach, after that, james coley right now is an unknown, but i'm quite sure this guy is sharp enuff to be above mediocre.

We got a team where if the offense doesn't show up, more than likely we're going ot get whooped. Although i do think jamie winston is going ot be a better qb than ej manuel, if we don't shut him down, a first year starter, than it's time to let somebody go for sure.

What up nash i see man, as you can see, i'm getting tired of coach goldie and his excuses. It's funny hearing how the "campus police" found gabe terry, i remember it use to be a time when the campus police and regular police were actually some what afraid to try and come around the football players let alone get one in trouble.

Calvin, maybe most normal Canes fans want to win AND not live in some fantasy world where the police is somehow "afraid to try and come around the football players".

Too bad we can't let cAlvin go...

Most limos already have twwo exit doors and tempered safety glass that will break easily with a break out tool ! The problem will be with the intoxicated passengers opening them up and falling out. Most modern cars lock the doors as soon as the car is in gear, cchild door locks are also a problem! I propose a law to put smoke detectors and glass break out tools in every coMmercial passenger vehicle. Smoke detectors would provide an early warning system and would be inexpensive. Any upstanding operator would already have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in their vehicles.
