Duke Johnson out for the season with broken ankle source says

A bad night just got a lot worse for the Hurricanes.

A source has told our Susan Miller Degnan that star running back Duke Johnson will miss the remainder of the season with a broken ankle. Johnson is expected to have surgery early next week.

Johnson was injured on Miami's final offensive play of the third quarter when he was tackled by FSU defensive tackle Nile Lawrence-Stample a yard short of the first down on 4th and 1. Johnson's right ankle buckled and he was helped off the field by trainers. He was then carted off for x-rays and seen with tears streaming down his face.

Johnson, seen after the game with his ankle heavily taped and on crutches, is traveling back to Miami with the team the source confirmed.

UM coach Al Golden said during his press conference he didn't have an update on Johnson's condition.

"I saw Duke, great spirits," UM quarterback Stephen Morris said. "Still, I don't know the extent of his injury. He's doing fine. He's in great spirits right now, talking to his teammates, trying to encourage us. Duke is Duke and he'll be OK."

The Hurricanes (7-1, 3-1 ACC) have a huge Coastal Division game against Virginia Tech (6-3, 3-2) next Saturday. If UM were to lose, the Canes would no longer control their own destiny in the division having lost the tiebreaker.

Johnson finished with 97 yards on 23 carries Saturday and was the second-leading rusher in the ACC coming into the game. His final stat line for the season: 145 carries, 920 yards, 6 TDs.

Backup Dallas Crawford carried the ball twice for three yards Saturday. Crawford has one career start for UM.

"Our biggest thing is we have to leave this game in Tallahassee and when we hit down in Miami tonight come back tomorrow and learn on it," Morris said. "If we weren't mature enough our record wouldn't be 7-1 right now. I got full confidence in this group."

The game was lost when FSU was able to cycle in Freeman, Wilder and Karlos Williams and UM just had 5 9 185 constantly running up the middle. We didn't even try to get Duke in space where he was utilize. FSU depth is insane.

Secondly I think the secondary of UM will be one of the best in the nation come next year. Howard is a stud and so will Deon Bush once they get another year under there belt. We need DL and LB help. In 3 years I haven't seen Luther R, Curtis P, or any of the other DT constantly create havoc in the backfield. You think Sapp, Brown, Wilfork could be stopped one on one?? Heck no they would constantly be in the backfield!

It takes time to build a team like the one that played the canes last night. Now that the NCAA has made its decision the U can move on. There is not another fsu team on the U's scheduled, so, all games are winnable to the championship game. The team will move on and become more resilient. For all the cane haters out there, get off their back. They're a much better team this year than last year and will continue to improve. Go Canes.

fsu just keeps reloading coaches.....jimbo is the best and also a good sport even though I would have ran up more points since he has to overcome Oregon...but he put the brakes on....this could have been a lot uglier....

I have been vindicated.....fire them all, at least let dnofrio go NOE.

The one thing I forgot to mention and it would not have made a difference in the outcome is we truly miss Dorsett and I'm still waiting for the return of Scott? Fisher is like Coker he's still playing with Bowden's players,Winston is not the next Johnny football he just has a really good team around him.

Brian, Winston will probably be the first pick in 2015 he's a freshman QB 50x better than the senior Morris

Jim calm down you bish when UM wins you bish when UM looses, your life must suck!

stop....fsu loses bobby bowden, mark stoops mickey andrews, kirby smart and jim coley.........

jimbo fisher continues.....give me a break....FSU played a younger team last night.....check the depth charts....

UM go rid of all the ballers.....can you say eddie johnson and gionni paul?

AQM ,they need to play that guy every play he has the energy to play and not mainly on 3rd down. he gets pressure on the QB. morris is just limited as a QB, the announcer said 3 weeks ago OC coley had to dial back the play book so morris would only have one or two reads. oh yeah the new RB coach is not impressive yet, Duke has picked up a few bad habits, two hands on ball, a fumble or two, bad blocking causing him to get a concussion, not keeping his body in a good position to keep from getting hurt. the same way he was crouched down an got his ankle broke he was in that same position many times this year.. and can they find a better position for AJ highsmith he is not good at safety. on the bright side burns, howard, bush, coley, hurns are looking good....its a bad loss but only one loss. beat VT and its on to the rematch even is we some how lost to DUk....aahh i cant even say it ..Go Canes

Miami's depth is in no way shape or form from the, just imposed, NCAA sanctions. Stop apologizing for the root cause of the teams lack of success, Al Golden. He is a vastly worst coach than even Larry Coker. He was out coached by Jimbo Fisher. He has loss three in a row to Florida State. Miami was out coached by Florida this year. The players won that game, despite their lacking head coach. Any time a fan base constantly uses excuses for the head coach, they are not a good fan base.

FEAR THE SPEAR!!!! Face it Miami, you our just our latest victim on our way to Pasadena. And please don't say "we'll see you again in Charlotte", because if we do we'll just hang another 40 spot on you. Now go on loose to Virginia Tech like you usually do.

Sorry to hear about Duke being out for the season. A real big loss for us. That leaves Crawford, Clements and Gus Edwards.

Question: Why aren't our receivers consistently open? The other teams have no trouble getting their guys open underneath in particualr play after play. Where are the dump passes that Winston threw all night? I don't get it.

Question: Why does UM continue rushing 4 guys when it is obvious that they can not get to the QB? Week after week, we allow QBs to sit back and pick us apart. Where is the blitz? The one time we blitzed they scored on a 48 yard screen. D'onofrio is an idiot and needs to go. We need an attacking defense. Our guys up front play hard but they are disadvantaged by the schemes. Our backers seem to disappear on the outside.

Morris is unreliable. When he starts throwing Ints, give the other kid a chance. Morris killed our chances in the 2nd half, combined with stupid defensive calls. He makes some really dumb decisions.

Finally, these guys sound like robots when being interviewed. Where is the swag, the juice, the cockiness? Add more of that to the mix, Golden. Enough with "the process" and other programmed coaching strategies, Bring the fire!

I hope the Canes don't lay down for the last 4 games. We have a chance at a great season. We must beat teams that could easily upset us. Watch out for UCF and a rebounding Va Tech, as well as a sleeper in Duke.

Painful to see us go down last night!!!

Go Canes!

Miami was outcoached by FSU.
Miami has idiots in goldie and dumb'o who leave 3 Cane def. linemen to take on 6 offensive linemen and running back.
THAT is MORON coaching. Over and over it has been proven to be a stupid defense with no pressure on the other offense, just give up yards which leads to giving up points which leads to giving up games.

Prevent the win, soft zone NO pass coverage is MORE IDIOT coaching. The first Cane interception occured because Miami was playing man to man with a free safety over the top. Then, d'o went back to his idiot, zone NO pass defense and three down def. linemen all game and let FSU score at will.

How many times do goldie and d'o need to be proven wrong before they admit they are the MVPs for the other teams???

If Miami wins the rest of its regular season games, it will be because Morris bails out the idiot head coach and DC like he did at No. Car. and WF.

Golden is trying to make UM the PSU of the south. Won't work. Somebody tell the DC this is not Temple and the OC that Duke left, Duke right, Duke up the middle is predictable and not creative. What happened last night reminded me of what Shanahan did to RG3 in that last game last year. No disrespect to #5, but against our defensive scheme any competent QB can have a great game, it's happened time and time again. Elevator not reaching the top floor. Time for the coaching staff to do some serious soul searching. Don't hold your breath.

Any knowledgeable fan could see that he had to many carries on that frame.he was even on kick offs what did they think was gonna eventually.

Posted by: Tallycane | November 03, 2013 at 01:28 AM

I agree we should have mixed in Crawford a bit more but Duke's concussion came on a block and the ankle came after the play when they rolled him back.

Also, although I think Duke is better than Freeman, their 1, 2, and 3 backs were better than our 1, 2, and 3 backs combined. They had the luxury of rotating them in without a dropoff.

You have no football IQ. Anybody that says scheme was the problem last night has no idea about football. Miami is missing 11 scholarship players. They have had to recruit under sanctions for 2 and 1/2 years. Fact is Randy left the cupboard bare. He promised the NW guys all starting jobs and never recruited any high caliber players to compete against them.

Look at UM Roster that Shannon left. One Senior Reciever, One Senior or Junior TB, 2 Upperclassmen Safeties that are probably Special Teamers at Best on a Top 10 Team. A DL where the best tackle was a backup at Virginia. Team has absolutely no Senior or Redshirt Junior difference makers. It forced guys like Chickalo, Pierre and such to miss their redshirt years.

Plus the players Miami had to take over the past couple of years because of sanctions is hurting. Corey King, Earl Moore, Hunter Wells and so on are not top 10 caliber players. They will be shown the door soon enough

The future is bright though. Muhammad, McCord, Howard, Bush, Jenkins are elite athletes. Look at guys like Thomas, Young and Valentine that are coming. Look at an offense that will have Yearby, Coley, Griffith and a whole bunch of playmakers.

Finally, anyway suggesting to start Williams is a fool. 2015 is the Championship Year. Kaaya or Olsen need 2014 so in the 2015, all the other pieces will be in place.

FEAR THE SPEAR!!!! Face it Miami, you our just our latest victim on our way to Pasadena. And please don't say "we'll see you again in Charlotte", because if we do we'll just hang another 40 spot on you. Now go on loose to Virginia Tech like you usually do.

WOW What a classy hick you are. Yeah we will see you again, and by the way we drummed VT last year 30-12.

These comments are funny.. Of course, FSU should be ahead of us rebuilding wise considering they hired with in & Jimbo has been their HC longer. So once they got rid of BB, Jimbo was probably the one recruiting them! Too many damn complainers on this board.

Not too many complaimers on this board....too many gators...they are happy we finally lost one and mad because they lost another one. This is the only comfort they get.

UM gives up 517 defensive yard and leave right at where we were at the end of last season with duke. fsu goes and gets talent from the best sources (alabama) with pruitt.....see how he shut UM down in 2nd quarter...that's what a real DC does....

"ok, they exposed me a little. now let me throw stuff at their offense to counter"

fsu defense is younger....Pruitt did inherit anything besides losing 7 defensive starters last year...but in just 1 year look at where fsu is defensively....

fsu defensive 2 deep depth chart:

freshman - 6
sophomore - 8
jr's - 3
seniors - 8

fresh - 3
soph - 5
jr - 6
sr - 9

if UM cant beat fsu this is all an exercise in fantasy...UM goes nowhere unless the coastal division is the goal?

UM has to make coaching changes....

Canes, you are absolutely and completely wrong in your comments.

Al Golden was given a better team than any Miami coach since Larry Coker. He has had more players transfer than any Miami coach ever. The reason for that is completely on Al Golden.

After all the players transferred and left early. There still were players there. The offensive line is a great example of what he came there to. The few he recruited, along with the great talent that was there, are the best offensive line that has been at Miami in over a decade. There have not been a reduction in scholarships, yet.

There is no one to blame for any lacking on this Miami Hurricanes team, other than Al Golden. The lack of truthful and accurate examination, for an obvious lacking head coach, is absolutely obvious.

FSU better than us now and they proved it last night.

I want to see what this team has "inside" over the next four weeks.

Everybody's on Donofrio but should be on Coley just as much. I don't like Coley's play calling. He loves to run to the short side of the field where there is no space. Its his first year calling plays and it shows. Get your playmakers in space so they can make people miss. A senior QB who cant make good decisions does not help. So that's Coley's job to call what he can execute.

stop....fsu loses bobby bowden, mark stoops mickey andrews, kirby smart and jim coley.........

jimbo fisher continues.....give me a break....FSU played a younger team last night.....check the depth charts....

UM go rid of all the ballers.....can you say eddie johnson and gionni paul?

Posted by: Jim Gallo | November 03, 2013 at 08:23 AM

Age has nothing to do with it.
Start and stop at the QB position. Especially in the second hald.

absolutely coley is weak...and I am a Miami high alumni as well....we know now we really called the play at FSU....lets clean house NOW

golden is a great media guy but I know all about him.....all al golden really thinks about is himself....he will throw everyone in the volcano if he has too.....he sacrificed the class of 2012 last year, he sacrificed all those players he terminated last year and he sacrificed duke Johnson last night....

shannon recruits left for golden:

Jacory Harris
QB Stephen Morris
RB Duke Johnson
RB Mike James
FB Maurice Hagens
WR Phillip Dorsett
WR Allen Hurns
QB LT Malcolm Bunche
LG Jonathan Feliciano
C Shane McDermott
RG Brandon Linder
RT Seantrel Henderson
TE Clive Walford
DE Shayon Green
DE Anthony Chickillo
LB Jimmy Gaines
CB Brandon McGee
S Kacy Rodgers
K Jake Wieclaw
RB Eduardo Clements
WR Davon Johnson
WR Kendall Thompkins
TE Dyron Dye
TE Asante Cleveland
C Jared Wheeler
LG Jeremy Lewis
LB Tyrone Cornelius
S AJ Highsmith
S Vaughn Telemaque
TE David Perry
TE Cory White
DT Curtis Porter
DT Luther Robinson
LB Ramon Buchanan
OT Ben Jones
S Ray-Ray Armstrong
OL Jermaine Barton
LB Kelvin Cain
RB Darion Hall
RB Storm Johnson
DT Jeffery Brown
DB Devont'a Davis
LB Travis Williams
DB Jamal Reid
LB Kevin Nelson
DB Keion Payne
TE Andrew Tallman
TE Billy Sanders
FB CJ Holton
WR Aldarius Johnson
DB Thomas Finnie
WR Travis Benjamin
DB Alonzo Highsmith
RB Lamar Miller
DL Micanor Regis
DL Marcus Robinson
LB Sean Spence
WR Tommy Streeter
DL Oliver Vernon
DB JoJo Nicolas

now add the terminations of eddie johnson and gionni paul......its all BS about the "empty cupboard"

lets see if those players were left with jimbo fisher and mark stoops....where would UM be?

I said this before the game, and I'm saying it now. We NEED to utilize the short passing game more, and screens, and mix up the running game to more than one side. We'll be fine, and still finish strong. How the kids respond after this loss will show their mental strength, and how they've matured.

Agree with you, Jim. Why not run Duke outside? Up the middle, on and on, stupid call on 4th and 2 toward the end of the game. O line is big but not dominating at all of anyone decent. Don't like our coaching right now. DC is an idiot.

I used the term "Penn State South" last year and that is who the DC and Golden are. Wrong coaches in terms of philosophy. Agreed, get someone from "down Souf" in terms of defensive attack mentality as a first step.

Tired of every QB looking like a Heisman candidate when they play us.

Look at what FSU did to us on the first series of the third quarter on third down. They blitzed and destroyed Morris. Hint Hint D'Onofrio. Wake up idiot!

As posted above, we shall see what the Canes have in their hearts in the next few weeks. It will be a grind and Morris needs to get with it already and stop playing like a mediocre leader!

Those of you saying we don't have d-line talent, while it might not be the best d-line talent, the d-linemen we do have are being coached wrong. In this scheme they don't ask the d-tackles to get up field first, look at here stance, it's designed for them to stand up first, check run and than go to there pass rush move, by that time, the play is just about over. The only time our d-linemen are asked to get up field is on obvious passing situations, and those guys got pressure, the problem was, nobody was in the middle to clean it up.

We got the athletes in the secondary to play more man like we've always been use to, nobody recognizes this brand/style of defense we're playing now, it's not what made us who we are and it's not going to. Coach goldie could say it all he wanted to when he kept saying "he's looking forward to this game" i could see it in his body language all week and right before this game he couldn't wait to get this week over with.

In games like last night, the only way you win those type of games is by having a strong defense, in this series, you can never expect the opposing offenses to do much, the only reason Fsu put that many points is because it's not about Fsu having more depth than us, it has everything to do with the concept of coach goldie and the 500 club when it was said "i'm not worried about yards given up, i'm just worried about the score board" when a so called defensive coach says something stupid like that, he obviously doesn't understand he's going to wear down his own defense by having them out on the field that long.

And that's what happened last night, the same thing that happened against wake forest happened last night but just against a better team. Coach goldie and the 500 club are not doing anything that these other coaches are not going to be able to adjust to, but they do appreciate coach goldie and the 500 club not running an aggressive defense.

With all those recruits there last night, that wasn't a good look and i keep telling yall, people want to make excuses about the nc2a investigation, while it had some affect, why were we able to get the recruits we did on the offensive side of the ball. The defensive recruits didn't come here because of the defensive scheme, this is why coach goldie has to keep going and looking for guys from Virginia and up north, down souF, we don't like that passive defensive scheme.

Like i said, benjamin would be a non-factor, all jimbo did was tell winston, look, the short passes are going to be there all game long, they're not letting you got deep, stop being greedy. So all they did was start sitting down on their routes in the 2nd half, game over.

Asking shayon green to cover freeman out of the back-field, the 50 club should be fired for doing that alone. Just bad coaching, the talent gap talk is just an illusion, we haven't been getting 3 & outs on a regular basis all year long, so of course our d-line was going to get worn down. Playing soft zones and hoping for the qb to make a mistake is not goo defensive coaching.

Coach goldie 0 & 3 agaisnt Fsu, shannon 2 & 2. This is coach goldie's 8th year as a headcoach, just doesn't show up on game day, we should've went with mike leach like i said before. Bring shannon back as the d-co, ring in coach don soldinger as the runningbacks coach. Bring in a widereceiver coach and stop playing games.

look its irrellevent if you were a coker or shannon fan.....its all about what the expectation or "bar" is at UM.....its a division tile or national championship...no less...thats the goal....

so if you are gonna get rid of cane legacys like both coker/shannon who contributed more to UM that any coach or player...you have to have a consistent standard for now.....and UM fans should not allow what is going on.....this whole concept of playing weak teams kills UM.....makes them complacent and weak.....

this is what happens when you do that....

Um is still the best bran dof football in the NCAA...dont tell me we cant get a NFL coach here or a top coach on the rise....Alabama - Oregon type yes....temple types no....administration is just lazy and desperate....hang tough during the search process and they will come....

I wouldn't oppose to Shannon as d coordinator, they certainly would be much mre aggressive. I hope UM recruiting somebig tough DL men that's what UM needs

When we do run duke outside, for some reason coach coley thinks pulling slow clive walford in front of him is the answer, in the 1st quarter those were the type of running plays we were suppose to use all game long.

On 3rd & 2, why not give the ball to maurice haggens and not from just the full back position, line him up like a regular back and hand that man the ball, he knows how to run with it. Coach coley is doing what i hoped he wouldn't and that's try and run those old sec b.s. offenses, for 500K a year, he's stealing money right now and i know that smo17 is limited but will recruits think it's coley and not come in.

Coach goldie complained about the schedule last year, well, none of the games are going to get that much easier because they're basically all acc games, squeaking by every weak is not going to work. People saying go and crush V-tech next year, have we really crushed any team all year legitimately.

Coach goldie keeps trying to pen close games on and saying weird stuff like "the guys are learnign how to win and are building up a resolve" stupid stuff like that when in reality, the schemes are keeping other teams in the game. We have inferior coaching and if that's not going anywhere, than this outsider coach goldie is not going to win nothing of importance while at UM until he starts trying to do it the Miami way, his way has never brought him a championship nowhere.

We should hire don soldinger as the headcoach, coach goldie is what i said he was along time ago, him and the 500 club are to soft to coach here. They're around here trying to attack the culture/mindset of real Miami players instead of focusing on games. Alot of money and investment has been put into coach goldie and the fraud is starting to show. it's still True, i haven't seen nothing coach goldie has done that's beeen head & shoulders above what coach shannon did, and shannon inherited a way worst situation and really had to build it up.

Nice list gallo....didnt see the gators on there. Sucks to be U at 4-4 lmao!

Even when Famous Jameis had the worst game of his short career you could not take advantage of it.
Jimbo went to the 3 headed monster and ran it down your throats. Little Chick was tossed like a rag doll and abused and we had our way with you.
So once again you are owned by your big brother.
Now listen carefully, you may not get that rematch you claim you want in Charlotte. That is a good thing since you would be pasted again if you did.
You better regroup fast and watch out for the Hokie Pokey and the Blue Devils or you will be left out again.

I don't think we have a chance to do anything now. The OC and DC are just killing this team. Golden's blind love for these clowns is just plain STUPID. No wonder JIMBO wouldn't let Coley call plays. Face is it man Morris is hurt. MORRIS PLAYING was the wrong call and everybody knows it. It was the wrong call with FSU, Wake, Nc, and on and on. When he's 100% he's a good QB. NEWS FLASH RYAN WILLIAMS, RYAN WILLIAM, RYAN WILLIAMS. lOADING UP ON DUKE like that got the man ankle broken. FSU knew Morris couldn't throw the deep routes (or short) for that matter. Plain and simple stop the run. That's what FSU did by breaking the mans ankle. Thanks MR> COLEY> NOW take YOUR PUNK ASS TO HIS MOM and explain how big an IDIOT U R. Now to the defense. They played hard and fought I'm proud of them for the effort. Not the players fault this time MR> ANE MRS> CLOWNs. I can hear it now, THE PLAYERS WERE FRELANCING>. What a crock of crap. They were right were you wanted them. My 2 year old cat could have called a better second half than u clowns. I do believe AL GOLDEN is the right head couch for us, However, MR> GOLDEN> MR> AND MRS> CLOWNS ARE GOING TO LOSE THIS FAN BASE FOR YOU>. How about planes flying over sun life displaying fire AL GOLDEN. NOT THAT FAR AWAY. TAKE HEED TO THESE WORDs AL. Loose the clowns. Call the plays your self or find someone who can. I'm available. Sure couldn't do anyworse.

look at the depth chart next year for UM vs FSU.....we are f'''cked.....williams..olsen? really?

this is gonna get worse....you'll see unless UM make drastic, larger than life changes......

"Our biggest thing is we have to leave this game in Tallahassee and when we hit down in Miami tonight come back tomorrow and learn on it," Morris said. "If we weren't mature enough our record wouldn't be 7-1 right now. I got full confidence in this group."

Dude you are a Senior it's too late for you to learn anything else.
If you played any other good teams besides FSU then your record wouldn't be 7 - 1.
Lucky for you, you have no other good teams left on your pathetic schedule.
Does this group have confidence in you? Mr. Inconsistent.

dude the list is the list.....show me 1 player that's incorrect?

bottom line and I am not a shannon lover...just the facts....if shannon was here UM would not be any less than where we are today.....again teddy bridgewater WOULD be here....he gave up on UM when shannon was fired....he was absolutely coming here.....

so answer the question.....if jimbo was here with mark stoops and took over this team in 2011 with all those players like ray-ray, and paul...where would we be today, I say in the top 5.

go thru that list....

Did Kirby leave this team? I asked about him last night watching the game; his size and speed should be an asset in this d scheme. #31 is too small to play in a 3-4 and it should again last night.

Like most bigots, Calvina's geographical bigotry is tiresome. It is also as factually inaccurate as possible.

Writing in her apparent faux persona style, she apparently wants coaches from the Souf (marble mouth version of the south< I assume).

That's odd, since NONE of our nc coaches are from the south. Neither are Saban or Liar or other BCS era multiple winners.

Give it up bigot.

Gallo would have ran (sic) up more points because she's too dumb to know the BCS models expressly prohibit the point spread in the calculation.

But, that's why she's an internet expert and not a coach.

even weak ass Uconn...put HC pasqualonis office in a box and left it in the Uconn parking lot the very next day after the 42-12 loss to buffalo.....

the AD was at the game (brand new guy) in the press box and said...."I aint taking this BS" (rumor to have said)....

UM should no less than fire dnofrio right now...today.....

Gallo, you've been warned. Every time you add an inch to your list you lose an inch. You're probably in negative territory now, right?

Good comments on the defense issue and how the lineman play to stop the run as a first reflex...And why don't we run Hagens on 4th and 2? Poor play calling by Coley, and the usual dumb defensive strategy.

The team started out the year more aggressive and then D'Onofrio went back to the "we are really Penn State" approach to defense. Waiting to be attacked, sitting way back in a retreating zone, no pressure and leave underneath routes open all night. A losing strategy against any decent opponent

Watch Logan Thomas have a field day...We better find some determination and shake off this loss to a better team.

Some really IGNORANT comments from SOME FSU fans...it's not wonder that they are hillbillies.

Congrats to the Noles on their win...they deserve it, they shut us down completely in the second half.

UM FANS: not to despair...with our recruiting, it won't be long before we're back on top, you can BANK ON THAT!

look I've read this stuff people saying duke is out we might as well give up the rest of the season. Well sports fans get a life the team doesn't revolve around duke Johnson yes he will be missed it just means others must step up and play like the canes should tough and never give up. I wish DUKE JOHNSON the best come back next year and show us why you are super DUKE...

oh I forgot...TY

Duke should've been platooned, I agree with Tallycane. If we needed to ride Duke then Crawford should've gotten first half carries.

Hopefully Duke can recover and be ready to roll by camp.

Its just a game!! Take it easy on these kids!! Its easy to criticize on internet! If u don't like what they r doin on offense or defense don't watch!! I'm a fan no matter a win or loss bec they r just kids!! Da u still have a good chance to a good bowl game!

I agree FSU is ahead of us right now, but not by far. The score is up there because our defense gives up short pass plays. You get a good team that can complete short passes and get yards after catch, they will drive the ball on this defense every time.

devonta freeman flashing the "U" sign to the UM sidelines after TD.....

it cant get any worse than that....
