Miami Hurricanes linebacker Denzel Perryman admitted to University of Miami Hospital

We already know the good news: linebacker Denzel Perryman, the Miami Hurricanes' best player on defense, is returning to UM for his senior season.

The bad news as of Friday night: Perryman is in University of Miami Hospital feeling nauseous and sick to his stomach. He is expected to stay the night.

HERE'S THE UPDATE AS OF 7:15 P.M.: Desmond Perryman, Denzel's dad, just texted me that Denzel is OK. "It's just the flu and dehydration. He'll be fine.''

Desmond told me Denzel saw a doctor and was then taken to the emergency room by someone from UM this afternoon after feeling sick. "He might have a little virus because he was throwing up,'' said Desmond, who was on his way to visit his son.

Get well soon, Denzel.

"On the first day after the dead period, UM sent multiple coaches to visit a few prime targets. A trio went to LA to visit Brad Kaaya and his teammate WR Brayden Lenius. Lenius (6'5", 215) recently got a scholarship offer. He's only 16 years old, and a recent transfer from Vancouver, Canada. Don't discount the young Canadian, though. He dominated 5-star CB Adoree Jackson when their teams met in the playoffs, and his potential is through the roof. I'd say as of now, the Canes are the team to beat for Lenius, and he's the odds on favorite to fill the final WR spot in this class."

That's right, a jit, and still abusing 5 star CBs.

Don't watch star search.

Yo, we better get 10 plus wins and beat fsu. Excuse time is over and i don't care how young the qb is. Golden is either holding a trophy or packing up the house.

After a FREEEEZING ARTIC cold snap that dropped temps into the unbearable 40's in S. Fla. recently, did any Cane players get the sniffles or chapped lips to require hospitalization over the weekend?

Bye Brad Kaaya... We Canes fans hope you and your Mom enjoyed your mini-vacation in FREEEEEZING S. Fla. this past weekend. Maybe we'll see U and UCLA in a December Bowl game on Blue Turf someday down the road. Have a safe trip back to L.A.

And do tell your Daddy DEEBO hello.

Regardless - without regard to or in spite of everything..

Irrespective - preposition despite, in spite of, regardless of, discounting, notwithstanding, without reference to.

Irregardless is a double negative misuse of the language that means nothing, or the opposite of what you're intention is if it meant anything at all.

Command the language before you try to draw cards. I would tell you to get a life but I think a proper education would serve you better. I'm not going to disrespect UF because I have family and friends that went there, but your class-less behavior is a disgrace that university.

You should go back and see if they'll let you finish your pre-requisites.

Don't insult stacy coley, brady is not that quick or fluid. stacy would've pulled away from those big defenders five minutes ago, if we had a better qb, if j70 was qbing this year, stay coley would've put up numbers similar to what allen hurns had, that's how many throws smo17 missed on em.

Running back Kameron McKnight, a 6-2, 220-pound three-star prospect from Jackson, La., told rivals.com he's considering a UM offer. UM has been looking for a big back in this class, to complement the smaller, quicker four-star prospect, Joseph Yearby.

Interesting skill set for a guy his size...reminds me of Jason Geathers. Of the H-back mold that can do it all...An all-purpose chain mover that creates match-up problems for defenders. Good offensive weapon. He also really intrigues me at safety. I like his size and athleticism for that position.

Irregardless. ..I like Jason geathers...lol. couldn't resist.

Jason Geathers was one of the most underrated players on those great teams. We need chain movers like that to take advantage of double teams on Coley.

I got my facts idiot from reading and staying on top of the ncaa, R U that stupid to challenge me, look at all the articles I have posted on and U will see links.... I REPEAT U STUPID MF I DONT GET MY FACTS DROM THE HEARLD, that was something I copied for a friend on twitter, and didn't mean to post it.... I KNOW ALL, AND SEE ALL,AND HEAR ALL, WITH FACTS>>.....30 yrs Cane fan pal, IT GOES TO SHOW HOW STUPID U ARE TO CHALLENGE ME..... AL GOLDEN CAUSED THE DEPTH ISSUES AT MIAMI CUZ HE DID NOT REPORT TO NCAA THAT THEY HELD 9 BACK,SO THEY ASKED THE NCAA TO TAKE THOSE 9 THEY HELD BACK>>>> NCAA SAID NO, SO THEY WERE HELD FOR NO REASON, IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD NCAA THAT THEY HELD 9 BACK, THE NCAA WOULD HAVE ACCEPPTED THAT, BUT DIDNT BRING IT UP IN THE HEARING,THEY COULD HAVE BEEN AT FULL SCHOLARSHIP LIMIT THIS YR, OR THEY COULD HAVE HAD MORE DEPTH,IF THEY WOULD HAVE USED THE 9..... GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT ACCOMPLISH EITHER ONE, SO NOW THEY HAVE TO GIVE UP 3 PER YR, FOR THE NEXT 3....FACT
