A few hints: It’s a comeback against great odds. It’s under construction (thus the fence). It was almost wiped out and has, like the person who built it, been almost forgotten.


I can't believe that this fabulous gem from Miami's unappreciated aviation history is at long last being brought back to life. When I lived in Miami Springs, Glenn Curtiss' mansion was a vandalized, burned-out shell. Great praise should be given to the folks that fought and won this battle for historic preservation.
