It's beer season. At least they're micro-brews.

     With all the heat and humility these days, it may be the better part of valor to sample an occasional, you know, beer.

     Hollywood Vine is throwing a $20 tasting of 10 micro-brews from six states, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thur., June 26.

     It includes Left Hand Milk Stout from Colorado, Stoudt’s American Pale Ale from Pennsylvania, Rogue Chipotle Ale from Oregon, Sea Dog Wild Blueberry Wheat Ale from Maine and others.
