Screen Gems: TV the week of January 24

Damages (10 p.m. Monday, FX) -- Girl fight! This intense legal drama's third season centers around a Damages three-way fight involving legal shark Patty Hewes (Glenn Close), her bitter ex-protege Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) and a secretive clan of Wall Street looters led by Marilyn Tobin (Lily Tomlin).

American Experience (9 p.m. Monday, WPBT-PBS 2) -- The Wild West's most famous lawman shot down the violent Clanton Gang at the O.K. Corral, just the way you've seen it in the movies. But this biography also covers some of Wyatt Earp's less-legendary activities involving saloons, gambling and hookers.

La La Land (11 p.m. Monday, Showtime) -- The Brits love this variation on Candid Camera, with comedian Marc Wootton as three characters who prank London's unwary. Showtime has moved the venue to Los Angeles, where it's about 50-50 whether Wootton's weirdness will go totally unnoticed, or he'll get shot to pieces by an irate street gang.

Note: Days and times for PBS shows are for the Miami area, and may differ elsewhere.
