FSU LB Thomas indefinitely suspended

Florida State announced Friday that redshirt freshman linebacker Matthew Thomas has been suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules.

Thomas, a former standout at Booker T. Washington High, has missed the last month of practice. Coach Jimbo Fisher has said that Thomas' absence was due to an ankle injury.

Fisher said Thursday that he hoped for Thomas to resume practice sometime in the next week.
