Winston suspended for entire Clemson game

Florida State announced late Friday night that quarterback Jameis Winston has been suspended for the entirety of tonight's matchup with No. 24 Clemson.

The announcement came via an emailed statement from interim president Garnett Stokes and athletics director Stan Wilcox.

FSU announced Wednesday that Winston had been suspended for only the first half of tonight's game for making profane and obscene comments on campus. But the results of the university's investigation led to a greater punishment.

Full statement:
Based upon the results of our continuing investigation of Tuesday’s incident involving Jameis Winston, we have decided to not play him for the entire game against Clemson on Saturday night.
