Queerty reports that Oscar-winning Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has sued a celebrity website for posting photos of him having bareback sex with a then-partner.
Black wants $3 million in damages from Starzlife.com. Claims he didn’t know the photos were being taken and that his privacy has been violated.
