‘Paul and Young Ron’ radio producer Steve Brancik (Branzig) charged with having sex with a minor

branzig Radio producer Steve Brancik of the 'Paul and Young Ron' morning show on Big 105.9 has been arrested.

According to Broward County courthouse records, Brancik was charged with three felony counts of sex activity with a person 12 to 16 years old and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. Details regarding the alleged crimes were not released, except that there might be more than one victim of his alleged crime.

When asked about Brancik's arrest, radio host Paul Castronovo issued the following statement.

"I'm thinking about possible victims and families and it's hard for me not to talk about things because I'm a talk show host. But because of legalities, I have no comment on the situation right now."

Brancik, who often makes appearances online and on the air during the show, declined to comment.

Following his arrest, he was fired by the station's parent company, Clear Channel Communications.

Station management only released the following statement: "I can confirm that he is no longer with the station. Beyond that, I have nothing else to share," said Brian Olson, president and market manager of Clear Channel in Miami.
