Point Foundation event 6:30 p.m. May 7 at Miami Beach Botanical Garden to benefit LGBTQ scholars

Point Foundation (Point), the nation’s largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) students of merit, invites South Florida to celebrate and help support the next generation of LGBTQ leaders.

The May 7 event at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden is an opportunity to meet Point Scholars and alumni and hear their extraordinary stories. Guests will enjoy cocktails and appetizers and music by DJ Danilo (a.k.a. “Adora”). Tickets are $30. RSVP online at www.pointfoundation.org/miami
