Shulas's 347 in the Gables is amazing. I have been there now at least 10 times. On my second visit I sat at the bar as I waited for some friends to arrive. After the hostess greeted me by name (wow!)the bartender remembered me as well and what martini I had last time. I had asked if she knew what time the book store across the street closed and she actually called them for me to double check. (double wow!) You cannot beat their service, and the food is amazing! This is the only place I will eat steak at. The best filet and ribeye I have ever had. The appetizer steak tips is incredible. And their hamburgers are even the best I have ever had. I live in Broward so it is a bit of a drive, but absolutely worth it. I already have 2 parties booked for their prvate dining room. Can't wait!

John is a wonderful boss to work for. It's obvious why he is doing so well in the industry. He has an attention to detail and a warm way with customers and staff. I'll work with him at any restaurant he goes. John's just a really down to earth, nice guy and family man. Congratulations on your success.
