I am very sad over the treatment I and other ladies received as we left the ship...One a 93 year old lady was made to stand an hour till her luggage was located and she has been on 30 cruises.....This was my first and while the cruise was wonderful the treatment when we searched for our luggage (vip #1) was terrible and we made the bus three hours late trying to find it and never did...nor after numerous phone calls have we been contacted yet.....

Taking the Carnival GLory on 6-3-12 was the worst cruise ever and with being treated the way we were as Gold member I will be looking for a different cruise line after this trip. We were lied to many times and didn't get to any of the ports on time and all the staff were rude. We tried to asked questions about what was going on and were told if you don't like it take it up with Carnival when you get home because we can't do anything for you!!

I am positive over the treatment I and my friend received onboard.
It was my first cruise with Carnival, I will try to arrange next trip with the same company.
