Eric Dosal has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Compuquip Technologies Inc., an IT services provider in South Florida. He succeeds Alberto Dosal, who will now serve as chairman of the family-owned and operated company. Since 2010, Eric Dosal has served as Compuquip's chief operating officer. During this time, he co-founded the subsidiary BrightGauge Software, a cloud-based application for managed services providers. Before that, he served as director of services and before that, he was director of managed services. Early in his career, he was an associate with the investment banking group at Blaylock & Partners in New York City.
