Past Experience: Area Director of School Accountability for the Palm Beach School District for the 2011-2012 school year. Prior to that, he worked with the district for seven years as a principal and 20 years as a teacher.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?: “The best advice is to always remember that education is part of the service industry, and our parents and students are the customers and we should treat them as such.”
