Wendy C. Chang was appointed recently as chief information officer and vice provost for information technology at Miami Dade College. Before her post at MDC, she was chief information officer for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities System, Southern Connecticut State University and Indiana University East. Chang has a Ph.D in computer engineering from the State University of New York, Buffalo, a master’s in computer and information science from Cleveland State University, a master’s in systems and control engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a bachelor’s in control engineering from National Chiao Tung University,
Taiwan.
