Lowell Rush was recently named chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of Direct Insite Corp., a provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions. He previously was chief operating officer of Cosmetic Dermatology, Inc. and CFO of Bijoux Terner, LLC. Rush has an accounting degree from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Miami.
