Scott Sanders, Ted Hutchins at Florida East Coast Industries

Florida East Coast Industries recently announced the addition of Scott Sanders as executive vice president of development and construction and Ted Hutchins  as chief information officer of All Aboard Florida, the nation’s first privately funded and operated passenger rail service. They will be based in Coral Gables. Before, Sanders was senior vice president of design and construction for MGM Hospitality. He has a bachelor’s in architecture from Texas Tech University. Previously, Hutchins was vice president of technology at Porter Airlines. He has a bachelor’s in computer science from Alma College and an MBA from Purdue University.
