Jarred Diamond is exec VP at HEAT Group Enterprises
Jarred Diamond is now executive vice president of HEAT Group Enterprises, the marketing and booking arm of AmericanAirlines Arena. Diamond has been with The HEAT Group since 1999 when he began his career as a guest information agent. Since then, he has also served as director of event services, assistant general manager and vice president of programming. Before that, he worked for Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden as well as Delaware North. Diamond has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Florida International University.
Best advice he ever received: Treat everyone with respect. However, don’t spend 80 percent of your time on 20 percent of your business.

Before, he was senior vice president at Access Communications. He studied international relations at the University of London International Programmes.

Caroline Underwood named vice president at Kreps DeMaria Public Relations and Marketing
Caroline Underwood has been promoted to vice president at Kreps DeMaria Public Relations and Marketing. Before, she was an account director. Underwood, a nonequity partner with the firm, has a bachelor’s in communications from Florida State University. She was previously a producer for South Florida’s NBC affiliate and currently serves on the board of M.A.D.D.’s Miami-Dade County chapter.
