Gov. Charlie Crist lauded the decision by a Miami appeals court Wednesday overturning Florida's ban on gays adoptions as "great" and said he would immediately stop enforcing the ban. Crist said he was not sure yet whether he will seek to appeal the ruling.
He said, however, that he doubts the state Supreme Court would reverse the lower court rulings and would leave in in place the controversial adoption of two foster children by Frank Martin Gill, a gay man from North Miami.
