I have confirmed Dolphins Head Coach Tony Sparano has put his house in Davie up for sale this week. Asking price $1.5 million.
The house was originally put on the market back in January and then taken off.
For what it's worth, Sparano says, he and his wife, are "empty nesters." Their youngest child is now a freshman in college. So, they felt it was time to downsize.

Great news. Jeff Ireland could be his real estate agent.

I bet Sparano heard that "We Didn't Stop Tim Tebow" song on Lebatard and knew it was time.

I'll give him 1.7 million to leave today

Let's make sure that nobody buys it. I hope the son of a female dog takes a gigantic bath and loses his shirt. And his sunglasses.

1.5 million for a house in Davie...maybe he is as dumb as some of the play calling

Hmmm, maybe $1.5M is a good price for a very pleasant house. But the money is enough to get their child through college and more. In the future, perhaps they would buy a house more expensive than their previous one.

That is a pretty modest price for a house owned by the Tony Sparano. Maybe he has something in mind that's very personal to him that made him sell it at this rate. I would buy it immediately if I had the money. And I'm pretty sure it's insured. After all, it's Mr. Sparano, you know!
