Fort Lauderdale-based Play2shop.com launches free web application

Fort Lauderdale-based Play2Shop today introduced its premiere free web application, www.play2shop.com, where members can play games, earn points, get free stuff and cash back.  “Play2Shop is radically enhancing the social gaming experience first pioneered by Zynga and others,” said Play2Shop CEO, John Benton. “Unlike ‘virtual cows’ and ‘fake currency’, Play2Shop rewards can be exchanged for real-world goods.”

Visitors to Play2Shop sign up for a free account and start playing games and earning points immediately. The more they play, the more points they earn including skill-based bonuses. Points can be used to purchase a variety of real goods in the Play2Shop Rewards Showroom. They can
also be used as the entry fee to tournaments for even bigger rewards, or used to bid on auction items, such as Kindle Fires, iPads and gift cards to top online merchants. Play2Shop includes casual games playable on laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, and the company is working with numerous game developers to continuously enhance the Play2Shop gaming experience.
